• RETURNS AND REFUNDS returns and refunds guaranteed as long as product returned unused and in original packaging, this does not apply to faulty products which will be refunded immediately
• BROCHURES AND SAMPLES samples are indicated where available next to the relevant products there is a 25p charge for each sample fully refundable on purchase of at least one full sized product. Brochures are available for a charge of 75p fully refundable when returned with the sae provided with or without an order you are under no obligation to buy I only charge for the brochures so as to cover my costs when hit by time wasters!!
